The Menorah Park waiting list is closed. We will notify those who are on the new waiting list by letter by July 15, 2025. If you do not receive a letter from Menorah Park by July 15, this means that you are NOT on the waiting list. DO NOT call Menorah Park asking if you are on the waiting list: we will not give out that information.

Please understand that we received more than 2,000 applications for the 300 places on the waiting list. This means that the majority of people who applied for the waiting list were not able to be put on the waiting list. 

About Menorah Park Apartments

Menorah Park consists of 13 studio apartments and 136 one-bedroom apartments, including eight accessible units for individuals with mobility impairments.

All accessible units are studios.

All units include a kitchen and bathroom. The property includes a garden courtyard, community room, laundry facilities and non-licensed health clinic.

Menorah Park is a smoke-free building.
